Garbage Pick Up Service: Company Policy

BILLING & PAYMENT:

All services are prepaid. Invoices are issued in the middle of the month and due at

the beginning of the next month. If more than 1 invoice is past due, then your services will be put on

suspend. If more than 2 invoices are past due, then we will start the discontinuation process.

Please note that to lift a service suspension, you must contact the office directly via email, text, or phone, during business hours.

PICK UP TIME:

We recommend having your cans out the night before your scheduled pick up day. Our

routes start early and pick up times may vary each week. Unfortunately, we cannot come back to a stop

if the service was missed due to the container not being out.

RECYCLING:

We do not require separation of recyclables from regular garbage. All items placed in the

can must be bagged. This ensures our crews safety and helps protect the can.

* For cardboard: please consolidate it and leave it next to or on top of the can. *

EXTRA GARBAGE:

Any garbage placed on top of or outside of the can will result in additional charges.

Any bulk items must be no larger than the size of the can. The crew records extra garbage at the time

of pick up. We reserve the right to refuse collection of any extra garbage.

Cardboard is generally not considered extra garbage unless it is in extreme excess.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Prohibited items are set forth to ensure the safety of our crew and equipment, as

well as to comply with the transfer station regulation. They include but are not limited to the list

below:

Lithium Batteries, Pressurized Aerosol Cans, Construction/Demolition Waste, Ashes, Tires, Freon Units

(AC units, Refrigerators, Freezers), Paint Cans with liquid (completely dry is okay), Electronics, Asbestos,

Oils/Gasoline, Hazardous Waste, Explosives, Liquids, Radioactive Waste, Gas Cylinders, Septic Waste,

and Medical Waste

Disposing of these items will result in additional fees and possible termination of service.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CANS:

Customers are responsible for any damage/loss of cans. There is a

fee of $150 per can that is no longer usable. This includes damage resulting from improper loading,

overloading with heavy materials, or disposal of prohibited items. Please note that when you pay for our

service, you are paying for waste collection and disposal. You do not own the J.P. Waste Management,

LLC containers; they remain the property of the company.

Wear and tear items, such as cracked lids, missing bars, or damaged

wheels, are excluded from this clause. Please notify us so we can set up a repair.
